Welcome. Our research explores the meaning of curation in photography. We see how practices of curating are affected by the material properties of photographs and the relational qualities of photography, whether in print or on screen. We reflect on the implications for us as photographers.

We use tags and categories to find where topics do or do not cross-over in our research. External hyperlinks branch out into broader discussions on the subject of curating photography. To start, click or tap either print or screen.

All contributors are studying photography on the BA Photography at Technological University Dublin, City Campus, Grangegorman. This module is in the third of four years. Begun on campus, the research collected here was completed online during the coronavirus pandemic.
